Your event can be canceled up to two weeks prior to event date and receive a full refund to their original payment method. No refunds will be granted for cancellations within two weeks of the event date.
Hosts will still get paid fully for that cancellation. In the rare event where a host must cancel an event before it starts, you’ll automatically receive a full refund. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team using the chat on the right side, or email us at email@example.com.
