We can’t wait for you to book your next virtual event with Boombox! We are happy to provide step-by-step instructions for two simple ways to book your next event:

Book on Site

Most of Boombox’s 200+ events can be booked directly from the event page on our website! In just four easy steps, you can book your team’s next virtual event:

1. Select Number of Attendees

Select the number of attendees, and click the “Book Now” button on the event page to get started. This number can be approximate and will be finalized further into the process!

2. Select Date & Time

Once you start the booking process, you will be asked to select the date and time of your event.

3. Provide Contact Information

After that, you will be prompted to sign up or log in to Boombox with your work email address.

On the next screen, Boombox will ask for your contact information so we know how to reach out to you with any questions! You can also give us any additional information that you think may be important for us to know at this step.

You will likely notice a box in the upper left hand corner that says “Requested [Date of Event] We’ll get back to you in 24 hours to confirm.

Most of the time our hosts are available! However, sometimes there are last-minute changes to what our hosts can accommodate. Our team will confirm with you using your provided contact information within 24 hours. If the host is not available, don’t worry! Our team will work with you to figure out the best solution. We are happy to find another date or time for that host, or another host that works for your desired time slot.

4. Provide Event Deposit

When you are ready to continue to the next screen, we will ask for a deposit. The deposit is based on the event minimum, which is determined by the host.

If you wish to cancel your event within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a 100% refund. However, if your event date is in the next 14 days, your deposit is non-refundable. Our Event Success team will contact you to finalize the attendee count and arrange the final payment at least 14 days before the event date.
