What if I want to cancel or reschedule my event?

Prior to the modification deadline, you can reschedule your event at no additional cost or cancel an event and receive a full refund to your original payment method. 

Rescheduling Policy

• Between the modification deadline and 72 hours prior to your event, you can reschedule your event at a fee of 20% of your total event cost, up to $250. Rescheduling is subject to the event partner's availability. 
• Within 72 hours of your event, you will not be able to reschedule or receive any refunds for your event.

Cancelation Policy

Shipping Events

• After the modification deadline, we are unable to provide any refunds if you cancel your event.

Non-shipping Events

• Between the modification deadline and 72 hours prior to your event, you can cancel your event and receive a refund of 50% of your total event cost. 
• Within 72 hours of your event, we are unable to provide any refunds if you cancel your event.

Please note that refunds do not apply to the 3% payment processing fee.
