Cancelation by Event Partner
If an event partner cancels an event before it starts, organizers will receive a full refund to their original payment methods. To request a cancelation, please contact our support team at partners@boombox.events with your email and class details (name, date, and time) prior to class start time.
Cancelation by Organizer
Organizers can cancel registration up to two weeks prior to event start for shipping events and one week for non-shipping events and receive a full refund to their original payment method. No refunds will be granted for any late cancelations or no-shows. Event partners will still get paid fully for that cancelation.
